The bakery of Martin Auer is highly impressive: He travels the world to find inspiration for his products which he realizes with his team in the beautiful baking studio in Graz, Austria.

We chose Koenig because of the high machine quality and because the lines were built to our requirements. We can always reach the team in case we need help, the 24-hour hotline was also very important to us. The roll line is simple to use, so it is very easy to train employees on it, the line runs very consistently and is easy to clean.

  • Koenig’s Combiline plus roll line supports the automatic processing of the dough pieces with the simultaneous possibility of further processing by hand, for example to produce handmade kaiser rolls.
  • The QualityVac vacuum cooling system cools the baked products instantly. The products come fresh out of the oven into the vacuum cooling system and are ready for sale in the shop or for transport in just a few minutes.
