We will be presenting the new Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line with its impressive benefits for the first time at Suedback:
The new, compact Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line offers impressive advantages: The “E” stands for efficient production of your bread rolls via endless dough sheet production, which is supported by ergonomic construction and ensures minimum cleaning effort with the Koenig “Easy Clean” design. All in all, affordable technology in economic terms that is quickly ready for you to use.
Production takes place without an edge cut, so there is no residual dough. Thanks to the sustainable, technical operation of the system, the Artisan SFE EC can be used for particularly resource-saving production. Thanks to a wide range of stamping tools and integrated inline spreading, the system is perfect for grain rolls.
- Perfect for seeded rolls: in various square shapes, with additional punching tools and integrated inline spreading
- Dough sheet width: 40 to max. 240 mm Dough sheet thickness: 10-19 mm (depending on dough)
- Dough throughput: up to 9,000 pieces/h in 6-row operation
- Outstanding ergonomics thanks to a churner that can be filled from the outside and integrated steps, making work easier and providing easy access to all important components
- An integrated crate lifter and inline scattering enable a minimal footprint

The Eco Twin is a roll line that enables an enormous variety of products. König has optimized the system and increased its performance even further.
The system impresses with a variable depositing system that covers the entire bread roll spectrum and enables an enormous variety of products thanks to interchangeable punching tools.
The Eco Twin scores with the following highlights, making it an ideal solution for bakeries:
- INCREASED PERFORMANCE: Increase in the maximum number of strokes from 14 to 17 strokes/min (+21%) with a maximum hourly output of 6,120 pieces/hour (depending on working width).
- MODULARIZATION: Options such as pre-long roller or integrated long roller can be retrofitted
- OPTIMIZATION: Visibility of the products and the process, accessibility, cleanability
- The system offers a compact design and high performance with a small footprint
High product variety for almost all common types of rolls with tools such as pneumatic cutting device, pre-length roller and/or integrated long roller and quick-change punching tools (cut rolls, Kaiser rolls, plaited rolls, etc.)

The broad product spectrum ranges from state-of-the-art mixers, dough dividers and moulding machines to proofing systems, ovens or freezers and specialized appliances for individual industry requirements.
