That was Suedback 2022!
Mehr als 35.000 Besucher:innen waren hungrig auf den face-to-face Austausch mit König und besuchten uns auf der Südback in Stuttgart.
For four days, südback not only ensured a delicious smell and full exhibition halls at the Stuttgart trade fair center. It was also a hub for the exchange of innovations and trends for the bakery and confectionery trades. 35,384 visitors came to Messe Stuttgart from October 22 to 25, ensuring südback experienced crowds on par with the last event in 2019. At its 29th edition, the trade fair for bakery and confectionery once again presented everything to do with baking in five halls - from work and operating technology, raw materials and trade goods to business equipment and furnishings.
The daily demonstrations and the delicious catering on the upper floor as well as the new I-Rex Compact EC head machine and the Eco Twin roll system ensured lively business at our booth. We can look back on a successful südback and say #seeyou2024!
The next südback will take place from 26 to 29 October 2024.
